Prior to beginning SABRIL, inform your doctor regarding all of your (or your child's) clinical problems consisting of clinical depression, state of mind issues, suicidal thoughts Vigabatrin rems patient Enrollment form or actions, any kind of allergy to SABRIL, vision issues, kidney problems, low red cell counts (anemia), and any kind of nervous or psychological health problem.

The Vigabatrin REMS Program is required by the FDA to make sure informed risk-benefit choices prior to starting therapy, and to make sure proper use vigabatrin while clients are dealt with. It is not feasible for your doctor to understand when vision loss will take place.


It is recommended that your healthcare provider test your (or your youngster's) vision prior to or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and at least every 3 months throughout therapy until SABRIL is quit. If you or your youngster have any type of side effect that troubles you or that does not go away, tell your health care company.

Tell your doctor right now if seizures worsen. You and your healthcare provider will need to determine if you should take SABRIL while you are pregnant. The most usual adverse effects of SABRIL in adults include: obscured vision, sleepiness, dizziness, troubles strolling or really feeling unskillful, trembling (tremor), and exhaustion.
